# N1 — Brand Platform & Identity Guide

**Brand bible edition 2.0 · 27 October 2026**

Selected monogram and palette approved by the founder. This edition replaces the earlier typographic logo and draft palette. Practical usage specifications below are adopted defaults for this asset kit.
For the N1 website, creator recruitment, collaborations and brand assets.

## 1. The brand in one view

| Element | Direction |
| --- | --- |
| Brand name | **N1** |
| Spoken name | **En one** |
| Collective expression | **WE ARE N1** |
| Descriptor | **Nordic creator network** |
| Core promise | **Your voice. A team behind it.** |
| Lead headline | **YOUR THING. OUR ENERGY.** |
| Creative interests | Tech, music, gaming, lifestyle and food |
| Brand domain | **wearen1.com**, the creator-network domain; website connection is a separate launch step |
| Creator cost | **Free. Creators never pay N1.** |
| Agency funding | **TikTok pays N1 separately. N1 takes no share of creator TikTok payouts.** |

N1 is the name. WE ARE N1 expresses belonging: the creators, collaborators and team share an identity while keeping their individual voices. Use the descriptor whenever someone needs to understand what the organisation does.

N connects naturally to the network’s Nordic roots. N1 does not need an invented expansion, and the name does not claim that the organisation is ranked number one.

## 2. Strategy

### Purpose

Help Nordic creators build communities and creative careers around what they care about.

### Positioning

For creators with a distinct voice and the willingness to develop it, N1 offers a team, creative support and commercial perspective. Its scope spans several interests, with LIVE as an important starting point and room for other formats and collaborations.

### Promise

**Your voice. A team behind it.** The creator brings their interests, perspective and personality. N1 adds support, structure and thoughtful opportunities. The promise concerns how the relationship works; it does not guarantee income, reach, followers or sponsorships.

### Creator commitment and funding

**Creators never pay N1.** Joining, access to the N1 creator app and platform, training resources and agency support are free. N1 takes no share of creators’ TikTok payouts. TikTok pays the agency separately.

This is a confirmed operating principle supplied by N1’s founder, not an open commercial decision. Use it consistently across the website, creator introductions, recruitment and onboarding. Do not create paid coaching tiers, membership fees, management charges or other creator-paid agency services. Individual coaching, when offered, is also free.

The precise public wording is **“No creator fees. No cut of your TikTok payouts.”** This describes N1’s policy. It does not mean that a creator receives the entire purchase value of virtual gifts; TikTok’s own reward and payout rules still apply.

### Support model

The core offer is **the N1 creator app and platform, shared training resources and community learning**. Make useful knowledge available to the whole network through repeatable resources and a clear starting path. Describe only actual app features; do not invent analytics dashboards, messaging, scheduling or automated coaching features.

**One-to-one coaching is reserved for selected top creators.** It is not included in standard onboarding or guaranteed to every creator. Selection is based on N1’s programme decisions, never on a creator paying for access. Define the selection process and available capacity before inviting creators to this support.

Avoid default promises of a personal coach, dedicated manager, individual stream reviews or a staff-written monthly plan. General support can cover onboarding, platform questions and routing account issues without turning every learning step into an individual appointment.

For account issues, describe shared guidance on issues and appeals, with relevant cases raised through available TikTok support channels. TikTok makes the final decision. Avoid “ban protection” or guaranteed reinstatement.

### The first 30 days

This is a guided starting path through the app, platform, shared resources and community. Creators work through it at a pace that fits their experience and schedule. A musician may develop a live set, a gamer a recurring show, a tech creator a build or tutorial, and a food creator a cook-along.

| Phase | Path | Practical outcome |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Week one: Get set up | Join the app and platform, explore onboarding resources, set a goal and choose a LIVE format | A clear starting point and initial sessions |
| Week two: Learn. Then go LIVE | Use training resources, try the format and reflect on each session | One practical improvement to try next |
| Week three: Build your routine | Learn alongside other creators, share ideas and explore collaboration | A manageable schedule and ways to involve the community |
| Days 22–30: Plan what’s next | Reflect on sessions and learning; keep what works and choose the next focus | A creator-led plan for the next month |

Frame progress as learning and practice. Do not promise a personal review, follower growth, Diamond targets or income. Use information the creator shares or the network is authorised to access.

### Possible student placements — internal option

Supervised university placements could help develop shared training materials, onboarding guides, community sessions and moderation workflows. Give each placement defined learning goals, a bounded role and a named experienced supervisor. Keep programme decisions, complex account escalations and top-creator coaching with experienced staff. Reusable training content and group learning are the strongest fit for the standard programme.

This is a staffing option under consideration, not a confirmed hiring plan or current public service. Agree the placement structure with the university and student before making commitments; do not assume placements are unpaid or can replace ongoing core staffing.

### Personality

Curious, generous, direct and quietly ambitious. N1 should feel comfortable around a first-time streamer and credible in a conversation with an established brand. Its confidence comes from useful work and clear commitments.

### Creative territory

**Different interests. Shared energy.** A live set, gaming session, new piece of technology or meal can each bring people together. Build the identity around that human connection. Platform names provide context without defining the whole business.

## 3. People we serve

**Creators:** people developing a recognisable point of view in tech, music, gaming, lifestyle or food. Address their desire for creative independence, progress and a dependable working relationship. Avoid presenting follower count as the sole measure of potential.

**Brands and collaborators:** teams seeking relevant creative ideas and a considered connection with audiences. Explain the proposed collaboration and the fit between creator, format and audience. Let real work establish credibility as it becomes available.

**The wider community:** people who watch, listen, play, learn or participate. Treat them as participants with interests and expectations, including a reasonable expectation that commercial relationships are clear.

The Nordic focus is a practical point of connection. Express it through the people, work and regional understanding, without relying on flags, auroras or a generic Scandinavian aesthetic.

## 4. Values in practice

### Stay yourself

The creator’s voice leads. Support a recognisable personality and point of view. Discuss brand requirements openly, and agree the creative direction together.

### Make it together

Share ideas, knowledge and responsibility. Give useful feedback, keep commitments and make it clear who owns each next step.

### Respect the audience

Protect the relationship between a creator and their community. Choose collaborations carefully, communicate clearly and favour work people have a reason to care about.

### Build for the long run

Develop skills, relationships and a sustainable working rhythm. Learn from individual streams and projects without reducing every creative decision to a short-term metric.

## 5. Voice and writing

Write as an attentive person speaking to another person. Use short sentences, concrete verbs and enough detail to make the next step understandable. Be warm without forced familiarity.

Use **you** when addressing a creator and **we** when N1 takes responsibility. WE ARE N1 can include the wider collective, but operational promises should have a clear owner.

Keep headlines short enough to carry at large scale. Use sentence case for paragraphs and interface labels. Reserve uppercase for the wordmark, principal display headlines and compact category labels.

| Prefer | Avoid |
| --- | --- |
| “Tell us what you make.” | “Unlock your limitless potential.” |
| “Develop a format that fits you.” | “Go viral with our proven formula.” |
| “Let’s explore the right collaboration.” | “Guaranteed brand deals.” |
| “Creators never pay N1. TikTok pays the agency separately.” | Ambiguous references to future creator fees |
| “N1 takes no share of your TikTok payouts.” | “Keep 100% of every gift” |
| “Agree the support and expectations before we start.” | Unconfirmed exclusivity or performance promises |

Avoid inflated rankings, invented statistics, generic motivational language and claims of official platform status without confirmation. Avoid calling every person a “talent”; use creator, musician, gamer, maker or their own preferred description where appropriate.

## 6. Example copy

### Homepage opening

**YOUR THING.**
**OUR ENERGY.**

A Nordic creator network for tech, music, gaming, lifestyle and food. Bring what moves you. Let’s build something around it.

Primary routes: **For creators** and **For brands**.

### Creator introduction

**A team in your corner.**

Your interests brought you here. Build on them through the N1 creator app and platform, shared training resources and a community that learns together.

**Creators never pay N1.** Platform access, training resources and agency support are free. TikTok pays the agency separately, and we take no share of your TikTok payouts.

Individual coaching is reserved for selected top creators; it is not part of the standard onboarding offer.

### Brand introduction

**Work with a point of view.**

The best collaborations start with a real connection between a creator, an audience and an idea. Tell us what you want to make. We’ll explore the people, formats and creative approach that fit.

### Closing invitation

**WHAT’S YOUR THING?**

Tell us what you make—or what you’d like to make together.

The no-fee creator model is confirmed. Keep the description of support aligned with the team’s delivery, and use the first-month plan to turn the brand promise into concrete work.

## 7. Logo system

### The approved monogram

The core mark is the custom **N1 monogram** selected by the founder. Its left upright and solid, descending lightning-shaped diagonal form the N; the shared right upright and sloping upper flag also identify the numeral 1. Preserve the short lower-left return, rounded outer corners and the central angular step.

The full-colour treatment places an **Off-white foreground over one Lime copy**, offset upward and to the right. Both layers use the same silhouette. Keep the offset relationship of the supplied artwork: its visible width naturally changes with the angle of each edge. Do not convert it into an even outline around every contour.

The lettering and lightning remain one continuous solid construction. The mark has no enclosed lightning cutout, extra bolt, independent speed stripe, bevel, soft glow or airbrushed colour. Energy comes from the existing shape and its crisp offset.

### Approved export roles

| Asset | Role |
| --- | --- |
| `logos/n1-primary.svg` | Off-white foreground with Lime offset; transparent artwork for Charcoal backgrounds |
| `logos/n1-primary-on-charcoal.svg` | Full-colour mark with its Charcoal background included |
| `logos/n1-on-light.svg` | Charcoal foreground with Lime offset for Off-white or other suitably light backgrounds |
| `logos/n1-mono-light.svg` | One-colour Off-white silhouette for dark surfaces and very small uses |
| `logos/n1-mono-dark.svg` | One-colour Charcoal silhouette for light surfaces and single-colour reproduction |
| `logos/source-reference.png` | The founder's approved PNG reference, preserved unchanged |

Use the supplied colour roles rather than inventing a new logo colour for each creator category, campaign or platform. WE ARE N1 remains the collective expression and may accompany the symbol in LINE Seed Sans. Do not replace the custom monogram with typeset N1 when a logo asset is required.

### Clear space and size

The following are practical specifications adopted for this kit, not measurements supplied by the founder or audience-test results.

- Define **x** as half the width of the foreground's left upright. Keep at least **x** of clear space outside the complete foreground-plus-offset bounds. Container padding is additional to any whitespace already in an exported file.
- Prefer a width of at least **48 px** for the full-colour mark in normal screen layouts. At **16–24 px**, use the supplied favicon or one-colour variant and review it on the actual background.
- Begin print layouts at **12 mm** wide or larger, and confirm the chosen process preserves the central step, numeral flag and offset before final production.
- Preserve aspect ratio. Use the same approved contours at every size; simplify through the approved monochrome variant rather than adding or redrawing details.

Keep the mark readable over photographs with a quiet area or a solid Charcoal or Off-white panel. Never stretch, skew, rotate, crop through, outline or apply an unapproved shadow to the core mark. Avoid placing the Lime edge against a similarly bright background where its shape disappears.

### Production provenance

The supplied SVG exports are reconstructed from the approved PNG. The original editable vector drawing was not supplied for this kit. The source PNG is included unchanged for reference. Retain any original vector drawing held by the founder as the authoritative design source; reconcile later exports against it if it becomes available.

## 8. Typography

**LINE Seed Sans** is the principal typeface:

- **400:** body text, descriptions and longer reading.
- **700:** navigation, buttons, labels and emphasis.
- **800:** principal headlines and display typography.

Use generous headline scale with controlled line breaks. Keep body text comfortable to read, with approximately 1.5–1.6 line height. Avoid overly tight tracking in paragraphs and labels.

The supplied official LINE Seed Sans EN1.003 font subset lacks Nordic characters including Å, Ä, Ö, Æ and Ø. Keep **Arial** as the next font in the stack so missing characters can render. Do not remove accents from names or place names to match the font. Visually review mixed-font words; a future Nordic-language rollout may need a more comprehensive character solution.

Suggested stack: `"LINE Seed Sans", Arial, sans-serif`. Retain the supplied font licence with redistributed assets.

## 9. Colour and contrast

The founder's final palette was sampled directly from the approved artwork in sRGB. It replaces all earlier draft colour values.

| Colour | Hex | RGB | Role |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **N1 Lime** | `#CCFF00` | 204, 255, 0 | Fixed signature accent and the monogram's offset layer |
| **N1 Off-white** | `#F2F2F2` | 242, 242, 242 | Main light surface and the primary monogram face |
| **N1 Charcoal** | `#333333` | 51, 51, 51 | Main dark surface and typography |

### One recognisable accent

Lime is N1's fixed identifying accent. Charcoal and Off-white give the identity its foundation. Use generous areas of those neutrals and use Lime for a deliberate point of emphasis: the offset mark, a primary action, a selected state or a short energy gesture.

Creator photography, artwork, video and partner content may contain other colours. The N1 signature retains its palette across these environments. Do not assign a different logo colour to music, gaming, tech, lifestyle or food. Functional interface feedback can use appropriate semantic colours while keeping the brand palette distinct.

Use Charcoal text on Lime and Off-white text on Charcoal. Use Charcoal text on Off-white. Avoid Off-white text on Lime and Lime text on Off-white for essential information. Use labels, icons or other cues alongside colour for selection, focus and errors. Confirm contrast in the actual component, background and text size.

The supplied colour codes describe screen artwork. Keep RGB and vector source files; agree print conversions with the actual printer and production process rather than treating an unprofiled CMYK conversion as a new master colour.

## 10. Imagery and composition

Show creative activity: preparing a live set, setting up a camera, cooking, playing together or exploring technology. Prefer candid gestures, useful details and a sense of place. Let images show interests and relationships rather than a generic image of success.

Use bold editorial crops, substantial type and enough empty space for each element to register. Keep motion purposeful and respect reduced-motion preferences. Avoid repeating identical feature-card layouts throughout the site.

### Motion and image interactions

Animate the approved mark and Lime offset with a single controlled gesture, such as a brief displacement that settles exactly into the master artwork. Keep the solid silhouette and existing open spaces intact throughout. Avoid additional coloured bolts or layers, pulsing glow and continual movement that competes with creator content.

On fine pointers, image cards may use a bounded, gentle tilt, low-opacity shine and a thin Lime edge as supplementary feedback. The entire image and its caption remain understandable without hovering. Keep links and controls stable, restore a neutral resting state when the pointer leaves, and disable spatial motion for reduced-motion preferences and touch-first or coarse-pointer contexts. Focus indication must remain visible for keyboard users.

Concept imagery expresses the creative direction. It must not imply that pictured people are signed N1 creators. Use names, portraits, client marks and campaign results only when their role and permission are confirmed.

## 11. Website and channel roles

The website should move from identity to substance to an appropriate conversation:

1. **Hero:** name, descriptor and routes for creators and brands.
2. **Creative worlds:** tech, music, gaming, lifestyle and food.
3. **Creator support and funding:** app, platform, shared training and community; creators never pay N1 and TikTok pays the agency separately.
4. **The first 30 days:** a guided path through setup, learning, LIVE practice and reflection. Individual coaching is reserved for selected top creators.
5. **Brand collaborations:** the creative approach and how to start a discussion.
6. **Joining process:** introduce yourself, check eligibility and fit, get set up on the platform.
7. **FAQ:** make the confirmed fee model clear and explain practical support.
8. **Contact:** a clear route for creator introductions and brand enquiries.

Use Instagram for visual identity, people and creative context; TikTok for the work and LIVE-related activity; and LinkedIn for the business story and collaboration opportunities. Select channels according to the team’s ability to maintain them. Use WE ARE N1 consistently where a phrase-based handle is appropriate, subject to availability.

### Collective identity and creator naming

Use **N1 | Creator Name** as the preferred display-name pattern. The separator keeps the affiliation distinct from the person. A creator may optionally adopt **n1_creatorname** as a handle, subject to their agreement and platform availability. Established creators can keep their recognised handles and add the affiliation to their display name or bio. Do not imply that the network owns the creator's identity or account.

For shared expressions, use **WE ARE N1**, the creator-network domain **wearen1.com**, and the preferred network handle **@wearen1** if available. Domain ownership is confirmed by the founder; the current private Site has not been connected to that custom domain. The identity should work on a profile, a stream overlay, an event or merchandise, with the full creative range explained in the descriptor and content.

Avoid **N1GG**, **@n1gg** and **n1.gg** in this brand system. When punctuation disappears, the resulting string can resemble offensive racial shorthand. This is a naming and visual-association decision, not a finding that a particular domain is technically unsafe.

This LOUD community reference is separate from the earlier LLOUD / @wearelloud naming reference. The LOUD reference supports the principle of visible belonging and shared culture. It does not establish a requirement that every creator changes their handle. N1's own programme and participation rules must be agreed explicitly.

## 12. Operational decisions before public launch

These are internal launch decisions, separate from customer-facing copy.

- Confirm the legal operator. If it is ROIHU Development Oy, verify the exact registered name, business ID, contact details and required legal notices before publishing them.
- Confirm TikTok programme status. The current direction must not claim an official partnership, certification or endorsement that has not been established.
- Connect `wearen1.com` when launching publicly. Confirm social handle availability separately.
- Carry the confirmed creator model into onboarding: creators never pay N1; TikTok pays the agency separately; N1 takes no share of creator TikTok payouts. Agree responsibilities and any other participation terms explicitly, without inventing exclusivity or guaranteed opportunities.
- Connect a monitored inbox or contact backend. A form must clearly report what happened; it must not display a successful submission when nothing was delivered.
- Confirm who handles enquiries and personal information, and prepare the appropriate privacy information for the actual collection process.
- Replace concept material with approved real work as the network develops. Keep the public presentation aligned with the organisation’s actual stage.

The LOUD reference informs the discussion of community and belonging. The selected N1 monogram, crisp offset treatment and three-colour palette were approved by the founder on 27 October 2026. The positioning, naming conventions and copy reflect the working brand platform developed in this project. Clear-space, size and layout rules are practical defaults adopted for this edition; they are not audience-test findings.
